TMG is happy to accept qualified returns. Please Read Carefully!

 

- In what condition does a product have to be returned in order to be "qualified"?

We ask that you return the product in the original packaging, unopened, and with tags. Please also include your invoice in the box.

 

- How long do I have to place a request for return?

TMG has a 30 day return policy on all items purchased. Please contact us within this time period so we can help you get your return processed. Returns outside of this period will be considered unqualified.

 

- Do I pay return postage?

Almost always, yes. If the item you received is faulty or somehow defective, we will be happy to cover it (see our Quality Guarantee). Likewise, if some mistake is made with your order, then let us know and we will cover shipping. However, if you chose the wrong size, color, quantity, or just changed your mind about the product, then you will be responsible for return shipping. Please review your order carefully before placing it, and if you notice a mistake after the order is placed, contact us right away!

 

- What if I want to exchange an item?
